If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Lost/Damaged Items
In the rare event that your order is lost or arrives damaged, please notify us immediately. We’ll be happy to send you a replacement free of charge.
Cancellation
Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
Returns
You may return your order for a full refund within 30 calendar days of receiving the item, as long as it meets the following conditions:
- The product is unused and in the same condition as received.
- It’s returned in its original packaging.
For orders with multiple items, partial refunds may be granted for items that meet the above conditions.

2. Once your return is approved, ship the item back to us via your preferred courier.
3. Provide proof of shipment after returning the item.
4. Upon receipt and inspection, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days.
